This book is less "quantitative" on Cooper points from his earlier aerobics books. Recognizes the need for resistance training as you get older.

This books presents basic information anyone can incorporate to try to evade the ravishes of advancing age. Cooper gives recommendations in regards to exercise, stress management, diet, supplements, and related matters that will help people to retain their youthful energy.

This book basically covers ground other Cooper books have covered, but in a more confusing way. If you have read the other Cooper books, there is little need to pick up this one other than a few pages on retaining bone density.
