Submergence (2016)

While I thoroughly enjoyed Wim Wenders' "Paris Texas" I was also disappointed to learn that it was written on the fly. Maybe a similar approach might have been taken for this strange and at times strained production.

Trust me, the question in my title is leading somewhere with regard to this movie. And I'll reward you with my favorite art joke at the end of this review.

I could watch James McAvoy burn toast.
