The Real Charlotte (1990)

One of the worst period films I have ever seen. I completely agree with the last review.

One would think that in four hours a film could tell something vaguely like a story. One would be wrong.

Four hours spent watching "The Real Charlotte" is time well spent, if you know what you are looking at. "The Real Charlotte" is based on a novel actually written during those times (circa 1900) by two Irish aristocratic women, and they know what they are writing about.
